1. Straight boards are fed in, and a 45° bevel saw cuts and mills the boards into 45° bevels.
2. The edge banding is automatically fed and notched at 45°, allowing for glue application and a more precise fit.
3. A bevel and straight glue pot applies glue to both the bevel and straight edges, and a hot air gun sets the glue to achieve precise edge banding.
4. Integrated bevel and straight pressing ensures a tighter bond between the edge banding and the bevel and straight edges.
