1, Introduction

2): Three jaw chuck 8): Set screw
3): Motor and gear box 9):Tailstock center
4): Jaw 10):Locking block
5): Tailstock 11):Slider
6): liner 12):Locking block screw.
2, Installing and fixing workpiece
a: loose the 8) Set screw,let the ,let the 9):Tailstock center free.
b: loose 12)Locking block screw, let the 5): Tailstock free.like the picture .

c: Use 1): Key for the three jaw chuck. let the jaw distance bigger than the workpiece diameter.
Like this .

Then install the workpiece. Clamp the workpiece by the key .

d: Adjust the 5): Tailstock , let 9):Tailstock center in the center of workpiece.

e: Tight the screw.
Adjust10):Locking block,Tight Locking block screw,do not let the block move ,then 5): Tailstock
can not move .

f: Adjust the 9):Tailstock center, do not let the workpiece have space to move.

Tight the 8): Set screw, Tailstock center will not move.
Ok finish.

3, Set workpiece zero point .
Here is an example .
My workpiece look like this .

Move tool to here.

Then ,Control system

Ok .Move z axis up ,give machine a safe distance .


1, load G-code
2, Spindle turn on . let the spindle work first .
3, Cycle start , start work .

The rotary is parallel to the Y axis。
(if your rotary is parallel to the x axis,just Replace the Y axis with X, Except for the second line.)
