This customer bought a set of 2040 ATC wood engraver machine for wooden furniture, which was asked and customized with drilling holes.
As for our customer, this was the first time that he touch the CNC Machine, and he was not familiar with operating or installing machine. So this was the main reason that our engineer appeared in his factory.
In that circumstance, we promised him that we are willing to provide technical support and service for free. After receiving machine, he can’t t wait to calling and sending the invitation to us.
When arrived customer’s factory, installing the machine was the first thing need to be done. Under the direction of Gary, install machine became an easy task.
After that, they began their first test. Firstly, Gary showed them how to operate and control the machine. Then, as you can see from the picture, they tried to operate by themselves.
