Recently, a customer visited our factory to check and test his customized woodworking machine. He spent several day in our factory.

Make a brief introduction.

This customer comes from Switzerland, and he owns a factory in many years. He tends to improve working efficiency of his factory and some other reasons. After a short time of communicating, he selected us as his best choice, and booked a set of machine from us.

As usual, this customer knows little of CNC machines. So this time, we arranged training for him.

• Firstly, our engineer showed the customer how the machine working when process different kind of natural materials. Then, this customer tried to operate the machine by himself. By the way, this customer can speak Chinese very well. So communication is much easier.
• The customer accepted the knowledge very well. And we have said for lots of time that Zero-based staff are qualified for operation after only one hour of professional training.

When he left our factory, he told us that he was satisfied with our machine and services, and he would order another set of machine later.
