Honestly speaking, we feel appreciate that we can accept many customers from different countries to visit our factory, or check their booked machines and negotiate business every day. Now, let us make a brief introduction of today’s character.
This customer came from Netherlands, and he owns his business in Thailand, and the company was engaged in processing wood and alumina materials. He booked a set of 1325 ATC-4 CNC Router Machine from our factory. So together with his best friend, our customer chose to visit our factory for inspecting his customized machine.
We arranged Demi and one of our technical staff for providing services for them. The customer checked the machine very carefully and asked lots of questions, and our staff explained and answered them one by one.
Our technical staff showed the customer how the machine working when cutting different kind of natural materials. Besides, we taught him for operating the machine. And the technical training was provided for him.
In the same time, the software was introduced to the customers.
The customer was very surprised that one little CNC Machine can be designed with such power functions. And he can’t help taking photos with the machine to record it. We guess that he would like to share what he has recorded with his friends or partners.
