The customer mainly processes solid wood, solid hardwood and birch board material. And the material size is of 1300*3000mm. The customer mainly produces furniture products, and chair legs, table legs and other products. So he needs an extra rotary axis.
The final working size of the machine is 1300*3000*600mm. Besides, there is an extra 300mm side rotation axis. Because the height of Z-axis is 600mm, the machine Z axis needs to be customized as column type. The column type z axis is more heavier and more stable.

Regarding the thickness of the steel. Our bed thickness is 8-12mm. Very thick and heavier steel tube machine body. With the DSP B18 4-axis control system and 300mm side rotating axes, the machine is more versatile and can realize different types of product processing.
