Today’s charter comes from Greek, who bought a set of 2050 CNC woodworking machinery from our factory recently.
It is the first time for him to use CNC woodworking machinery, and he don’t know how to operate the machine at all. So we promised him that we are glad to provide technical supports and guidance after he receiving his ordered machine.
As the date promised, our customer got his machine. Our engineer, Jason Wang made contact with him. And Jason taught him step by step through the internet. He asked a lot of problems, and our engineer replied one by one.
To be honest, operating a CNC woodworking machine is not difficult as we have imagined. Even a zero-hour staff can perform a good operation after one hour of professional training.
Under the guidance of our engineer, the question and doubt solved completely. Now,the machine works very well under his operation.
