This is a hand-held laser welding machine, it can weld any position and any angle of the workpiece. The operation is flexible and convenient. It can not only realize outdoor welding, but also apply to spot welding of various devices.
1. Easy operation
The handheld laser welder is easy to operate. With stable output laser, the welding process is constant with rapid speed and good welding results.
2. Rapid welding speed
Its welding speed is 2 times that of solid YAG laser welding, and 3-5 times that of argon arc welding. It improves work efficiency and saves production cost.
3. Good welding effect
The swing welding method and the width of the welding spot are adjustable, and the welding fault tolerance is large. This makes up for the small shortcomings of the laser welding spot, expands the tolerance range and the width of the welding seam, and obtains a better welding seam forming effect.
4. 360 degree micro welding
It can be used for welding thin-walled materials and precision parts, and can realize spot welding, butt welding, stitch welding, sealing welding, etc. It has features of small welding seam width, small influence area, and small deformation.
5. Flexible and convenient
The handheld welding gun replaces the previous fixed optical path, which is more flexible and convenient, realizes remote laser welding, and overcomes the limitation of the travel space of the worktable.

Typical working speed for laser welding production ranges from 1 to 10 meters per minute based on different laser power. But the speed is subjected to the actual working conditions and processing materials.
The processing thickness is related to the laser power and the processing materials. Generally, the greater the laser power, the thicker the laser welder can weld.
Two types of lasers can be used to weld metal materials: pulsed laser or continuous laser. The choice between them depends on the thickness of the processing materials. The pulsed laser is suitable for light and thin metals, like sheet metal, razor blades, gold jewelry links, etc. The continuous laser is suitable for welding thick parts.
