Today, we would like to introduce a new customer who came from Australia to purchase a set of CNC Router Machine. And he chose to visit our factory on May 10th.
Now, let us make a brief introduction of this customer.
He came from Australia, and the alumina material was what he want to process.
With this purpose, he came to our factory. We arranged Joy and one of technical staff are responsible for providing services for him. On that day, different kinds of machines were provided for him to visit.
The most important thing is that this customer was full of experiences of CNC Router Machine. And he knows every piece of machine and software. In that case, it was much easier for us to communicate with each other.
On the other hand, he has been bought the woodworking machines from China since 20 years ago.
While, he chose one kind of 2060 ATC CNC Router Machines for operating.
So the machine was operated for processing on different kind of natural materials. After seeing that, he was satisfied with our machine.
On the other hand, he appreciated that we are an organized factory that with good environment and services.
There was no doubt that he was very satisfied with us.
He was particularly interested in 2090 woodworking machine. Therefore, he decided to make an order with us immediately. And the other details would be negotiated in the later. After confirming his purchase, he left Jinan and went back to Australia in that afternoon.
