The customer mainly processes aluminum and plastic. There is no doubt that our machine can do these jobs without any problem. When processing aluminum, tool bits will be hot and easy to broken, so it need to be equipped with the special system to protect it.

So we finally chose the ordinary steel tube welded bed because the machine is made of independent control cabinet can be placed on the machine body packing, which reduces the packing size and saves freight.
700*1500*300mm working area is customized according to customer’s material size, which is perfect for customer’s processing needs. And the machine spindle is selected from the very popular 3kw water cooling spindle, which has good cooling effect and is suitable for long time machining.
