E-510 automatic edge banding machine is used for beveled straight and soft-forming edges. With a length of 9.62m and a sturdy structure, it uses precision template technology for accurate profiling of left and right door panels. It can handle 21 edge profiles and features a 21.5-inch touchscreen for one-touch profile switching, edging about 9m/min. It is widely used for handle-free panel doors.
1. The edge bander machine body is made of high-strength structural steel plates, offering excellent strength and stability. The surface is rust-proofed and electrostatically powder-coated.
2. The profiling (milling) structure is mature and stable. Combined with precision template technology, it achieves a profiling error of ≤0.2 mm. A lubrication system ensures smooth rail movement and enhances durability.
3. The glue application system uses a pot-style design for fast gluing, with one-touch glue purge and cleaning for convenience.
4. This bander machine uses independent beveled straight edge pressing, providing strong pressure for a tight and smooth edge band finish.
5. This edge banding machine can realize forming and pressing, add a cooling and heating dual-purpose space room, and flexibly set the temperature to ensure constant temperature pressing.
6. Equipped with automatic glue cleaning spray and four cleaning stations, it prevents glue buildup, keeping the system clean and tidy.

E-510 automatic soft-forming edge banding machine can seal 21 kinds of craft shapes: oblique straight edge; full-through J-shape; C-shape; half-through J-shape front, middle and back; diamond large size left/right, small size left/right; back half-through right circle, front half-through left circle, middle circle; water drop large size left/right, small size left/right; diamond large size, small size; arc large size, small size, etc. It is widely used in high-end customized cloakrooms, cabinet doors, kitchen and bathroom, thin-edge cabinets, hotel furniture, etc.
