His machine adopts an linear tool changer magazine with 6pcs ISO30 tool holder, a Chines HQD air cooling spindle, and a Fuling inverter. It also use a heavy duty frame structure and a T-slot & vacuum working table with 6 zones. For control system, it uses the NK105 control system to support an ATC 3 axis machine work well. Automatic tool change machines are usually used to make complex wooden products. Those products require the machine to replace six or more tools to complete the production.This can greatly save tool changing time, improve processing efficiency, and creating more profits in a limited time.
