The laser engraving machine mainly consists of machine host, laser generator, laser head, numerical control system, operation console, laser regulated power supply, chiller, gas cylinder, air compressor, gas storage tank, cooling dryer, filter, exhaust dust collector, slag discharge machine, etc. The following is the description of each component.
Machine host
It is part of the machine tool of fiber laser cutting machine and it is the mechanical part for the movement of the X, Y and Z axes.
Laser generator
It is one of the core component of the laser cutting machine. And it outputs a high energy density laser beam, which is the power to cut materials.
Servo system
It is an automatic control system that enables the output controlled volume of the object like position, orientation and status to follow any change of the input target. And it can make the control speed and position accuracy more accurate.
CNC system
It is used to control the movement of the X, Y and Z axes of the machine and also control the output power of the laser.
Regulated power supply
It is connected between the laser generator, the CNC machine tool and the power supply system. And it mainly to prevent external power grid interference.
Laser head
It is a laser output device consisting of a nozzle, a focusing lens and a focus tracking system. And it finishes processing on different materials according to the set cutting trajectory. Moreover, in the case of different materials, different thicknesses and different cutting methods, the height of the laser cutting head needs to be adjusted and controlled.
Operation console
It is used to control the working process of the entire cutting.
Cooling device
It is a cooling device of the laser cutting machine, which can cool the laser generator quickly and efficiently and keep the laser generator working properly. And it can also cool the external light path mirror and focus mirror of the machine tool to ensure stable beam transmission quality and effectively prevent the lens from being too hot to cause deformation or bursting.
Gas cylinder
It includes a laser cutter working medium gas cylinder and an auxiliary gas cylinder to supplement the laser-oscillated industrial gas and the auxiliary gas for the cutting head.
Air compressor and gas storage tank
It is used to provide and store compressed air.
Dust collector
It is used to extract the dust generated during processing and to filter it so that the exhaust emissions comply with environmental protection standards.
Slag discharge machine
It is used to exclude corners and scraps generated during processing.
