E-90 aluminum-wood edge banding machine is equipped with separating agent, pre-milling, PUR glue pot + dual-color gluing system, specialized belt pressing, rough trimming, fine trimming, split double-track end cutting, four-motor profile tracking, scraping, flat scraping, cleaning, and double buffing functions. It is suitable for edge banding processing of various types of aluminum honeycomb furniture, PET, MDF, blockboard, solid wood board, particle board, polymer door panels, and plywood. The edge banding results are delicate, smooth, straight, and provide an excellent touch and finish.
1. The edge banding machine uses a PUR dual-color gluing system with a fully enclosed design. It requires no cleaning, applies glue automatically, and allows one-click two color switching.
2. The edge bander uses a combination of steel wheel, rubber wheel, and belt pressing. This ensures strong adhesion, smoother edges, and prevents gaps or lifting.
3. It adopts a split double-guide end cutting system. It trims edges precisely, works efficiently, and avoids panel chipping.
4. The machine is equipped with two buffing units. The cotton wheels remove excess glue and make edges and panels smoother and cleaner.
